Exploring Finland: A Journey through Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Lapland, and Oulu

Hello everyone, this time I have traveled to beautiful Finland to explore the charm of this Nordic country. My travel itinerary includes Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Lapland, and Oulu, and each city has allowed me to experience the unique charm of Finland.

Helsinki

Helsinki is the capital of Finland and a modern metropolis. This city has a rich history and cultural heritage, as well as many modern buildings and facilities. Here, you can visit many famous attractions, such as the Finnish Glacier Garden located by the coast. This is a beautiful park with many flowers and sculptures, perfect for walking and taking photos. Here, you can also see a large icebreaker, which is a naval vessel of the Finnish Navy, very spectacular. In addition, you can visit the magnificent Helsinki Cathedral, one of Finland’s most famous landmarks. It has a unique architectural style and design concept and is well worth a visit. If you love art, then the Kamppi Chapel is a must-visit attraction. This palace has many exquisite decorations and art pieces that are worth appreciating.

Turku

Turku is a beautiful lake city with beautiful natural scenery. Here, you can visit the famous Turku Church, which was built in the 18th century and is one of Finland’s most famous wooden churches. In addition, you can visit the rural museum, which showcases local life and culture and is very interesting. If you like natural scenery, then the Käringön Island is a place worth visiting. At night, you can also enjoy the beautiful Northern Lights, the colorful light that is truly unforgettable.

Oulu

Oulu is a city on the west coast of Finland and is also a famous university town. Here, you can visit many famous attractions such as Oulu Cathedral, library, and museum. Especially the University of Oulu campus, which has beautiful natural scenery and modern architecture, is perfect for walking and taking photos. If you like shopping, then the shops and markets in the center of Oulu are a good choice. There are many local specialty products and handicrafts, which can be used as souvenirs or gifts to take home.
